Southern Gravy

A traditional, delicious milk gravy, made WW friendly just for you!


Ingredients

- Extra Lean Ground Meat, 1/4 pound or 4 oz.

- Fat Free Milk, 1 cup

- Flour, 1 Tbls.

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste


Directions

1. In medium sized skillet, brown ground meat with salt and pepper. Once meat is cooked through, add the flour and mix it into the meat.

2. Add the milk and stir, lightly. You may add more salt and pepper to your liking.

3. Serve & Enjoy!



Makes 2 servings. 3 Freestyle points per serving.


***Serve with Homemade Biscuits, sliced bread, eggs, or grits!***
