A delicious, versatile way to bring Tex-Mex right into your own kitchen!
Ingredients
- Extra Thin Corn Tortillas, 3 Tortillas
- 0-Point Fat Free Refried Beans, 1 cup
- Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup
- Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, 1/2 cup
- PAM
Directions
1. Preheat skillet, on your stovetop, to medium heat. Spray Skillet with PAM. Now, add the tortillas into skillet and spray tops with PAM. Allow them to slightly soften. Remove from skillet and fold them over into a taco shape; allow to cool only for about 10 seconds.
2. Open the tortillas slightly and spread a layer of beans onto the tortillas. Now, add some of the cheese. Fold back into the taco shape and place back into skillet (you might need to use a little more PAM). Allow to slightly brown and crisp on each side.
3. Remove from skillet.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
Makes 1 serving. 6 Freestyle points per serving.
