A little recipe from this Texas girls kitchen, to yours!
Ingredients
- Extra Lean Ground Meat, 1 pound
- Tomato Sauce, 29 oz. can
- Water, 15 oz.
- Cayenne Pepper, 2-4 tsp.
- Tony Chacheres, 4 tsp.
- Swerve Powdered Sugar, 2 tbls.
- Rotel, 10 0z. can
- Chili Seasoning, 35 grams or one packet
- 0-Point Black Beans, 1 can
Directions
1. In medium sized pot, brown ground meat with Tony Chacheres. Once meat has cooked though, add tomato sauce and stir. Now, using the same tomato sauce can, put 15 ounces of water and swirl around, making sure to get all remaining tomato sauce. Add to the pot.
2. Now, add the rest of the seasonings and stir thoroughly.
3. Lastly, add the can of black beans and stir again, making sure all ingredients have been mixed well.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
Makes 8 servings. 3 freestyle points per serving.
***May be served with rice or a type of chip, like Fritos. Though the extra add-in's have not been incorporated to the point value of the chili. Extra add-in's will be additional points. You also may reduce or add the amount of cayenne pepper, to your chili. I usually add 4 teaspoons, but I prefer pretty spicy chili.***
