Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast

Sometimes you just need a little dessert, for breakfast!



Cheesecake Filling Ingredients

- Sugar Free Cool Whip, one tub

- Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix, one box


Cheesecake Filling Directions

1. Open tub and pour into it, the entire package of sugar free pudding mix. Mix thoroughly, set aside.



French Toast Ingredients

- Nature's Own 40 Calorie Bread, 2 slices (or desired low calorie bread; check point value to make sure two slices equal 2 points. Otherwise, the point value of the meal will possibly change.)

- Fat Free Milk, 3/8 cup

- Sukrin Gold, 2 tbls.

- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 10 sprays

- Egg, one medium

- Ground Cinnamon, 1 tsp.

- Fresh Strawberries, 3/4 cup, sliced (leaving one whole for garnish)


French Toast & Stuffing Directions

1. Start medium sized skillet on medium heat.

2. Whisk together all ingredients in plate, except bread and ICBINB.

3. Spray ICBINB into skillet. Dip bread into egg and milk mixture, on both sides, and place in skillet. Allow to brown, until golden, on each side. Remove from skillet.

4. On one slice of bread, place sliced strawberries. Now add 5 tablespoons of cheesecake mixture, on top.

5. Take second slice of bread, and cover cheesecake and strawberries. Now, garnish top of toast with 1 tablespoon of cheesecake mixture and a strawberry.



Makes one serving. 6 freestyle points, per serving.
