A classic dip, with a little Southern flare! It goes great with just about anything!
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Chopped Spinach
- 8 oz. Neufchatel Cream, at room temperature
- 1 Jalapeno, frozen and shredded
- 1 cup Mootopia Lactose Free Whole Milk
- 2 cups Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
Directions
In large skillet or stew pot add Neufchatel cream and milk. Stir until both milk and cream block have been fully combined.
Add in shredded frozen jalapeno and stir. Allow to simmer on medium for 3-5 minutes.
Add in the desired amount of seasonings and continually stir.
Add in spinach and stir on medium-high heat, until everything has been mixed together.
While continuing to stir, add in mozzarella cheese.
Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes.
