A little twist, from yours truly, on Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches!
Ingredients
- Shaved Beef Shaved Steak, 14 ounces
- Onion, 1 large sliced thin
- Diced Jalapeños, 4 Tbls.
- Tony Chacheres, to taste
- Uncle Chris’ Steak Seasoning, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 Tbls.
- Fat Free Shredded Cheese, 2 cups
- Small Hamburger Buns, 5 buns toasted
- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, as needed
Directions
1. In large skillet add ICBINB, onion, jalapeños, Tony Chacheres and steak Seasoning. Sauté in skillet until onions are starting to soften. Add in shaved beef steak, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until Steak is cooked through.
2. In a second skillet, bring to medium heat. Add ICBINB to each side of bun, top and bottom. Allow to toast on each side. Remove from skillet and immediately add cheese to both sides, allowing it to melt. Now, add steak mixture to one side, and top with other side of bun.
3. Serve & Enjoy!
