Skillet Potatoes

A diverse, easy side dish to accompany any meal...from breakfast to dinner!


Ingredients

- Lone Star Baking Potato, 1 potato cubed

- Chicken Broth, 1/2 - 3/4 cup

- Onion, 1/2 small onion cubed

- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, 1/4 cup

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste

- Garlic Powder, to taste


Directions

1. Place cubed potatoes and onions into medium sized skillet, with ICBINB. Bring to a medium heat. Allow to cook for 5 minutes, or until starting to slightly brown. Make sure to softly mix around, so that they do not burn, throughout the cooking process.

2. Add chicken broth and seasonings. Mix together gently, as to not break the potatoes up too much. Allow potatoes to completely cook through, tasting periodically to make sure they’re not still raw.

3. Serve & Enjoy!



Makes 1 serving. 3 Freestyle points per serving.
