Skillet Corn

Old fashioned, southern corn made WW friendly!


Ingredients

- 0-Point Corn, 2 large cans, drained

- Swerve Brown Sugar, 2 Tbls.

- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 4 Tbls. + 1 Tbls.

- Onion, 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup, minced

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste


Directions

1. Add 4 tablespoons of butter and minced onions to large skillet. Heat to medium heat, while gently stirring around in skillet. Now, add corn and continue to stir.

2. Once all corn has been heated to the medium temperature, they should start to turn a light brown. Use the salt and pepper to season the corn to your liking. Make sure to mix and stir often, so they do not burn. Now, remove from hear and while stirring, add the brown sugar and last tablespoon of ICBINB.

3. Serve & Enjoy!
