A sweet dessert, to hit that chocolate craving OUT OF THE PARK!
Ingredients
- Low Fat Cinnamon Graham Crackers, 40 crackers (left in sheers)
- Lily’s Chocolate Chips, 200 chips
- Smashmallow Marshmallows, 20 Marshmallows
- I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter, as needed
- PAM, as needed
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray PAM into medium sized baking dish. Now, spray ICBINB onto PAM.
2. Place 4 sheets of crackers down into bottom of baking dish. Place chocolate chips onto crackers, trying to keep all chips on top of crackers.
3. Place Marshmallows in rows of 5, allowing 1-2 inches in between each marshmallow. Place in oven for 3-5 minutes, or until chips have somewhat melted. It will look as if Marshmallows have not melted at all. Remove from oven.
4. Place the rest of graham crackers onto tops of marshmallows, gently pressing down, allowing them to expand over melted chocolate chips. Spray tops with ICBINB, and place back into oven for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 6 squares.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
