Homemade Butter Rolls

Updated: Aug 30, 2022

Here is a new staple that you're going to always make sure and have at every meal! These are a sure fire way to make sure you always stay on track and can eat the bread you crave so much! (This recipe does require a bread machine.)

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cup Mootopia Lactose Free Whole Milk (or point equivalent milk)

- 2 1/2 cups self rising flour (plus a little extra when you remove dough from bread machine)

- 3 Tablespoons non-calorie sweetener (we use Swerve or Stevia)

- 2 Tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

- 1 package of active dry yeast

- 1 egg

- Pam non stick butter spray

- Wax paper

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray bread machine liner with non-stick spray. Add ingredients one at a time, in the order listed above. Place the bread machine on mode: dough. Allow the bread machine to complete the dough cycle. Once the cycle has been completed, remove the dough from the bread machine liner and place on wax paper that you have prepared with the extra flour. Knead with your hands only a few times.

3. Prepare a cookie sheet (we used a 9x12), with Pam. Cut dough into 24 "roll" shaped balls and place on the greased cookie sheet. Place a dishtowel over the rolls and sit in a warm place for 30 minutes to 1 hour (this process allows them to rise).

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Once you have removed them from the oven, spray the top of each roll with ICBINB.

5. Serve & enjoy!

Recipe makes 24 servings and is 3 points per serving.
