Spicy Burritos

One of my hubby's favorite burritos, made WW friendly!



Ingredients

- Fat Free Refried Beans, 2 cups

- Lettuce, 2 cups, shredded

- Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, 1 cup

- La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas, 5 tortillas

- Extra Lean Ground Meat, 8 ounces

- Taco Seasoning Mix, 10 tsp.25

- Gebhardt Enchilada Sauce, 1/2 cup

- Tony Chacheres, 3 tsp.

- Onion Powder, 1 tsp.

- Garlic Powder, 1 tsp.

- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 10 sprays

- PAM


Directions

1. In large skillet, brown ground meat with taco seasoning and Tony Chacheres. Once cooked through, set aside.

2. In medium pot, mix together ICBINB with beans, garlic powder and onion powder, over medium heat. Mix well and set aside.

3. Take tortillas and warm in the microwave together, for 15-20 seconds, until they are flexible.

4. Set oven to Broil. Prepare a small baking pan, or skillet, with PAM.

5. Lay out one tortilla at a time, place 3 tablespoons of beans onto tortilla and spread out. Then top with ground meat and fold. Use a little bit of refried beans to keep tortillas folded together. Place burrito into baking dish or skillet. Repeat until you have completed all of the burritos.

6. Take enchilada sauce, and spread evenly over each burrito. Place in the oven for 10 minutes, making sure they do not brown too much.

7. Remove from the oven and spread cheese over the burritos, evenly.

8. Serve & Enjoy!



***You may use additional toppings, such as lettuce, onion, pico de gallo, jalapeños, etc.***



Makes 5 servings. 3 freestyle points per serving.
