Pumpkin Spice Muffins

When you need a little “fall” in your life!

Ingredients

- Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix, 1 package

- Swerve Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup

- 0-Point Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/2 cup

- Eggs, 2 medium

- Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp.

- Cinnamon, 1/8 tsp.

- Nutmeg, a dash

- 0-Point Canned Pumpkin, 1 whole can

- PAM


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease two 12-count muffin tins with PAM. Set aside.

2. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined. Divide batter evenly, into the two greased 12-count Muffin tins.

3. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done. The top of the muffin should bounce back, against your finger when you lightly press on top of muffin.

4. Remove from oven and immediately remove from muffin tins, to cooling rack. Allow to cool for 2-5 minutes. They also taste great warm!

5. Serve & Enjoy!




Makes 24 servings. 2 Freestyle points per serving.
