Pizza Dough, My Way

The famous two-ingredient pizza dough, prepared with a little twist by me!




Ingredients

- Self Rising Flour, 1/2 cup

- Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup

- Swerve Confectioners Sugarr, 1/8 cup (optional)

- Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp.

- Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp.

- Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp.

- Red Pepper Flakes, 1/2 tsp.

- Uncle Chris’ Steak Seasoning, 1/2 tsp.

- PAM


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 6" cake pan, or pizza pan, with PAM, and set aside.

2. Mix together all ingredients until a dough ball forms (after using a spoon to mix it all together, I like to use my hands to make sure that all ingredients has been mixed together thoroughly). I then knead it with my hands a few times, in the bowl.

3. Then sprinkle a little flour on your counter surface. I press it down with my hands to begin the flattening process, spreading the flour on it so it doesn’t stick, then use a rolling pin to complete the "pizza crust" shape.

4. Place in 6" cake pan. Place in oven for 5-7 minutes or until slightly browned around the outer edges. Once browned, remove from oven. Turn oven temperature up to Broil. Then, add desired toppings. Place back into the oven, to make sure the ingredients melt onto the pizza. Make sure to watch the pizza carefully during this time, while the oven is on broil, to make sure it does not burn.


My Pizza Toppings (in order of how I prepared my pizza.)

* Pizza Sauce, 1/4 cup

* Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup

* Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, 1 cup


Optional (points not calculated into 8 point cheese pizza):

* Extra Lean Hamburger Meat (browned with seasonings), 1/4 pound



Makes one serving. 8 freestyle points per serving.
