Ingredients
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 3 breasts, cubed
- Smuckers Sugar Free Orange Marmalade, 3/4 cup
- G Hughes Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce, 3/4 cup
- Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 3 tbls.
- Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning, 3 tsp.
- Cayenne Pepper, 1-2 tsp.
Directions
1. In large skillet add Marmalade, Soy Sauce and BBQ Sauce. Bring to a boil while making sure to mix the three items together thoroughly. 2. Now reduced to a simmer and add chicken and spices. Allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is completely cooked through.
3. Serve & Enjoy!
