One Point Pancakes

I have looked and looked for a low point pancake recipe and, thanks to my friend, I finally found one that does not disappoint. Paired with some #DevotionNutrtion flavored protein powder, makes them irresistible.

Ingredients

- Self rising flour, white, 1 cup

- Plain, nonfat, Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup

- Eggs, 2 large

- Baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp.

- Almond extract, 1/4 tsp.

- Butter extract, 1 tsp.

- Water, 1/3 cup

- Vanilla, 1 1/2 tbls.

- Swerve Confectioners Sugar, 1/8 cup, or sweetener of your choice (optional)

- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray, 2-4 Tbls.

- Devotion Nutrition Protein Powder, one sample packet (optional)


Directions

1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together, adding water a little bit at a time to make sure you get the right consistency.

2. Dip batter with a large spoon or 1/8 cup measuring cup, into skillet, and "fry" like a regular pancake.




Makes 12 servings. 1 freestyle point per serving.
