Mini French Dip Sandwiches

A perfect sized sandwich, made just for you!



Sandwich Ingredients

- Nature's Own Butter Rolls, one package

- Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, one package

- HEB Reserve Angus Roast Beef, 12 oz.

- Uncle Chris' Steak Seasoning, 4 tsp.

- PAM


Sandwich Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a cookie sheet or skillet. (I used my large cast iron skillet.)

2. Place rolls on their sides and slice right down the middle. Once cut, place bottom of rolls into skillet or on cookie sheet. Spray bottoms of rolls with PAM and sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Uncle Chris' Steak Seasoning.

3. Add roast beef, making sure to spread it out evenly. Now, sprinkle cheese over entirety of meat.

4. Turn topps of rolls over and spray with PAM. Now, place tops of rolls over the bottoms of rolls that have been layered with meat and cheese. Lastly, spray the tops of the rolls with PAM and sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Uncle Chris' Steak Seasoning, over them.

5. Place in oven for 20 minutes on 350 degrees.

6. Remove from oven and immediately cut apart. Serve & Enjoy!



Makes 12 servings. 3 freestyle points per serving.

 

Au Jus Ingredients

- Beef Broth, 2 cups

- Uncle Chris Steak Seasoning, 3 tsp.

- Salt, to taste


Au Jus Directions

1. Place beef broth is small to medium sized pot. Now mix in Uncle Chris' Steak Seasoning and salt, to gain desired taste.

2. Serve hot, with sandwiches.
