Michaelyn’s Patty Melt

The gooey, cheesy deliciousness of an amazing Patty Melt!

Ingredients

- My Hamburger Patty, 1 Cooked Patty (link listed below)

- Sara Lee 45-Calorie Bread, 2 slices

- Borden’s Fat Free Cheddar Cheese Slices, 2 slices

- Yellow Onion, 1/2 - 1 Onion sliced

- Mustard, 2-4 Tbls.

- Heinz No Sugar Added Ketchup, to taste

- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray, 4-5 Tbls.

- PAM

- Tony Chacheres, to taste


Directions

1. Cook patties according to recipe. Set aside. Spray both sides of each slice of bread, with ICBINB Spray.

2. In large skillet, add PAM and both slices of bread. Make sure to also spray tops of bread with PAM, as well. Toast the bread, until it’s at a desired crispness.

3. Remove bread from skillet, and set aside. Now, add the tablespoons of ICBINBS and onion. Dust onions with Tony Chacheres and stir around, bringing to a low heat. Allow onions to cook until soft and very slightly browned. Remove from heat.

4. Apply mustard to both slices of toasted bread, followed by one cheese slice, on each side. Now, add hamburger patty to one toasted bread slice, top with onions and other bread and cheese slice. Cut down the center.

5. Serve & Enjoy!



Makes 1 serving. 6 Freestyle points per serving.
