Messy Rotini

A cheesy pasta, that is low in points and tastes like perfection!


Ingredients

- 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey, 1 pound

- Onion Powder, 2 tsp.

- Tony Chacheres, 3 tsp.

- Cayenne Pepper, 1 tsp.

- Salt, 1 tsp.

- Pepper, 1 tsp.

- Garlic Powder, 1 tsp.

- Tostitos Salsa Con Queso, Medium, 5 ounces

- Tomato Sauce, 1 cup

- Whole Wheat Rotini

- Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 1/2 cup

- Chicken Broth, 3 cups

- Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, for garnish


Directions

1. In large pot or skillet, brown ground turkey with Tony Chacheres and Rotel.

2. Once turkey is cooked through, add the rest of the seasonings, tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, and add the rotini pasta. Bring temperature down to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through.

3. Once pasta is completely done cooking, remove entire pot from heat. Now, add Tostitos Salsa Con Queso. Stir to incorporate cheese into pasta and sauce mixture.

4. Set aside for 10 minutes, to give sauce a chance to thicken.

5. Garnish one serving with shredded mozzarella cheese. Serve & Enjoy!
