A recipe that was made for me by my “Maw Maw,” made WW Friendly for your journey!
Ingredients
- Self Rising Flour, 1 cup
- Egg, 1 medium
- Baking Powder, 2 tsp.
- Salt, 1/8 tsp.
- 0-Point Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/2 cup
- Plain, Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup
- Fat Free Milk, 1/2 cup
- Swerve Confectioners Sugar, 1/4 to 1/2 cup (or 0-calorie sweetener of your choice)
- Vanilla Extract, 1 Tbls.
- PAM
Directions
1. Preheat waffle maker and set aside.
2. In medium sized bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients together (except PAM), making sure no lumps of dry flour are left.
3. Spray waffle maker with PAM. Place 1/2 cup of batter into center of waffle maker. Allow the waffle to cook until ready.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
Makes 4 servings. 3 Freestyle points per serving.
