Jalapeño Poppers

A delicious WW twist to those spicy little treats!


Ingredients

- Fresh Jalapeño's, 6, seeds removed

- Weight Watcher String Cheese, 3 sticks

- HEB Hardwood Smoked Turkey Bacon, 6 slices


Directions

1. Remove seeds from jalapeños, if not already done. Now, cut cheese sticks in half, making 6 half sticks. Place one-half stick in center of each jalapeño. Now, wrap each jalapeño with one slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on grill for 30 minutes (or until desired temperature and tenderness), rotating often, so that one side does not burn.

2. Serve & Enjoy



Makes 6 servings. 1 Freestyle point per serving.


***Can be baked in oven on 400 degrees for 40 minutes, rotating half way through cook time.***
