Who said you couldn't enjoy a cinnamon roll, without the guilt, on WW? Well, now you can have your cinnamon roll and eat it to!
Dough Ingredients
- Self Rising Flour, 1/2 cup
- Non Fat Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup
- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 10 sprays
- Pyure Organic Stevia, 2 tsp.
- Mexican Vanilla, 1 tsp.
- PAM
Dough Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a small skillet or pan (I used a cast iron skillet) with PAM, and set aside.
2. Put all ingredients, except PAM, in a medium sized bowl, and mix together until all is incorporated together. Now, spray PAM on counter surface and place dough in the center. Roll out dough, until it reaches 1/2 inch thickness. (Prepare the center ingredients.)
Center Ingredients
- Cinnamon, 1 Tbls.
- Sukrin Gold, 10 tsp.
- Pyure Organic Stevia, 1/2 cup
- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
- Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix, 1/2 package
Center Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together, except ICBINB.
2. Go back to rolled out dough.
3. Spray ICBINB all over top of dough, Now, add the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
4. Roll up dough. Now, cut into 10 pieces and place in prepared skillet or pan.
5. Sprinkle pudding mix over each cinnamon roll and then spray with ICBINB.
6. Place in oven, for 20-30 minutes or until slightly browned on sides and tops.
Icing Ingredients
- Fat Free Cream Cheese, 2 Tbls. (room temperature)
- Swerve Confectionery Sugar, 3/8 cup
- Mexican Vanilla, 1 Tbls.
- Sukrin Gold, 1 tsp.
Icing Instructions
1. Mix together all of the ingredients, in small measuring cup with a wire whisk.
2. Once cinnamon rolls have been removed from the oven, add the icing on top while they are still hot.
3. Serve & Enjoy!
Makes 10 servings. 1 freestyle point per serving.
