Home Style Potato Wedges

Because who wants to live without potatoes?!


***THIS RECIPE USES AN AIR FRYER!***



Ingredients

- HEB Lonestar Baking Potato, 1 potato, whole

- Paprika, to taste

- Pepper, to taste

- Salt, to taste

- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, 1/8 cup

- Pam


Directions

1. Boil potato in water, until fork can be pressed in and its soft. Remove from water. Cut into wedges and then half the large wedges to make smaller wedges.

2. In small bowl, add the potatoes and other ingredients, except PAM. Toss potatoes, lightly, making sure each wedge has been coated thoroughly.

3. Place into air fryer and spray tops with PAM. Cook in air fryer on 390° for 15 minutes, or until done.

4. Serve & Enjoy!



Makes 1 serving. 3 Freestyle points per serving.
