Ground Meat Hamburger Patties

A delicious hamburger patty with all the amazing flavors, but without all of the guilt!


Ingredients

- Extra Lean Ground Meat, 1 pound

- French’s Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbls.

- Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 Tbls.

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste


Directions

1. In a small/medium sized bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Measure out four, 4-ounce patties.

2. Place medium size skillet onto stove burner and bring to medium heat. Plade patties into skillet, and allow to cook on each side until browned.



Makes 4 servings. 2 Freestyle points per serving.
