Garlic Butter Chicken

A delicious, buttery 0-point chicken that goes great with any side dish!


Ingredients

- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 4 breasts, cut into tenders

- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 3 Tbls.

- Minced Garlic, 1 1/2 Tbls.

- Dried Oregano, 1 tsp.

- Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp.

- Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 6 Tbls.

- Sriracha Hot Sauce, 1 Tbls.

- Uncle Chris' Steak Seasoning, 1/2 Tbls.

- Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 tsp.

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste

- Chicken Broth, 3/4 cup


Directions

1. Cut chicken breasts into tenders and set aside.

2. In large skillet or soup pot, combine butter, garlic, oregano, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper and Sriracha. Stir and bring to medium heat.

3. Once sauce has reached a medium heat, add chicken breasts and toss, making sure each tender has an equal amount of sauce on it. Now, add salt, pepper and Uncle Chris' Steak Seasoning. Stirring occasionally, cook chicken until it has cooked through.

4. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked through, add chicken broth. Turn off heat, and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

5. Serve & Enjoy!
