Ingredients
- Extra Lean Ground Meat, 1 pound
- Rotel, 1 can
- 0-Point Corn, 1 can
- 0-Point Black Beans, 1 can
- Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning, to taste
- Tapatio Hot Sauce, 1-2 tsp.
- Plain, Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup
- Chicken Broth, 1 1/2 cups
- Fiber Gourmet Light Rotini, 1 package
- Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 2 cups or 1 package
Directions
1. In large skillet or pot, brown ground meat with Tony Chacheres and Rotel. Once meat has cooked through add corn, black beans and Tapatio, mix well.
2. Now, add chicken broth and noodles. Allow noodles to cook through. Once noodles have completely cooked through, remove from heat and add Greek Yogurt. Stir together. Lastly, add cheese and again stir together.
3. Serve & Enjoy!
