Easy Peasy Meatloaf

Just because something is delicious, doesn't mean it should be complicated.



Ingredients

- Extra Lean Ground Meat, 1 pound

- 0-Point Ground Turkey, 1 pound (optional)

- Tony Chacheres, to taste

- Uncle Chris' Steak Seasoning, to taste

- Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp.

- Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 Tbls.

- Stubbs Sugar Free Ketchup, 2 tbls.

- Swerve Confectioners Sugar, 1 tbls.

- PAM


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a small loaf pan with PAM and set aside.

2. Mix together ground meat (and ground turkey, if using - it’s used to help make the loaf thicker), sauces and seasonings in medium sized bowl. Make sure they are mixed together thoroughly. Now, place in loaf pan and flatten it out to fit the entirety of the loaf pan. Place your thumb in the middle to make an indention all the way down the loaf.

3. Place meat loaf in oven. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until done.

4. While loaf is baking, mix together ketchup and Swerve. Set Aside.

5. When meatloaf is 10 minutes from being done, remove from oven, and drain fat out of pan. Now, put half of ketchup mixture all along the middle indention. Place back in oven.

6. Once loaf has completely cooked through, remove from oven and place the rest of the ketchup mixture on top. Cut into 4 servings.

7. Serve & Enjoy!



Makes 4 servings. 3 Freestyle points per serving.
