Beef Stroganoff

Something simple, yet delicious.


Ingredients

- Plain, nonfat, Greek yogurt, 1/2cup

- Fiber Gourmet Pasta, 1 box (four servings)

- Extra lean ground meat, 8 oz (1/2 pound)

- Gravy Mix, brown, 1 packet

- Chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups

- Onion, 1/2 medium diced

- Tony Chacheres, to taste

- Uncle Chris’ Steak Seasoning, to taste

- Garlic Powder, to taste

- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray, 2 Tbls



Instructions

1. In large pot, add ground meat, seasonings onion and ICBINB. Mix together, until ground meat is cooked through.

2. Once ground meat is fully cooked, add in chicken broth and gravy packet. Stir together, making sure gravy mix, mixes together well. Now, add the noodles. Allow the noodles to cook on medium heat, until they have cooked through.

3. Once noodles have fully finished cooking, remove from heat and add Greek Yogurt. Stir together well.

4. Serve & Enjoy!


Makes 4 servings. 6 freestyle points per serving.
