Cream Cheese + Chocolate = the perfect brownies!
Ingredients
- Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownie Mix, 1 box
- Egg, 1 medium
- Skinny Mixes Mocha Coffee Flavor, 4 Tbls.
- Vanilla Extract, 1 Tbls.
- Water, 2 Tbls.
- Coke Zero, 3 Tbls.
- PAM
Cream Cheese Ingredients
- Fat Free Cream Cheese, one 8 oz. block
- Egg Yolk, 2 medium egg yolks
- Swerve Confectioners Sugar, 1/4 cup
Brownie Directions
1. Pregeat oven to 350° if using a metal or glass baking dish; if using a coated baking dish, preheat to 325°. Grease baking dish and set aside.
2. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Place brownie batter into baking dish, set aside.
Cream Cheese Directions
1. In medium sized bowl, mix together ingredients, making sure they blend together well. Make sure there are no clumps.
2. Place by spoonfuls all over the brownie batter. Now, using a butter knife or spatula, Swirl the brownie mix and cream cheese together. You don’t want it to be completely incorporated into the brownie batter, just a light swirl throughout.
3. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, making sure to check periodically. When you remove it from the oven, slight batter will appear on the utensil used to check it. This is ok. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes. This allows the brownies to finish baking, without burning.
4. Serve & Enjoy.
Makes 12 servings. 3 Freestyle points per serving.
I used a 9x13. You can also use a smaller size, if you’d like. Still cut it into 12 servings and they’ll be a little thicker.
