A little something savory and out of the ordinary for lunch or dinner! These would be a great appetizer to any meal!
Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers, 48 wrappers
- Lump crab meat, 8 ounces
- Minced Garlic, 1/2 tbls.
- Green onions, two stalks, thinly chopped
- Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp.
- Less Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tsp.
- Sukrin Gold, 2 tsp.
- Fat free cream cheese, 8 ounces, room temperature
- Egg, one medium
- Water, 1/4 cup
Directions
1. Mix together egg and water (egg wash). Set aside.
2. In medium sized bowl, add all ingredients, except wrappers and crab. Once thoroughly mixed together, add crab, making sure not to shred and only fold it in.
3. Now take one wrapper at a time and add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of crab mixture to center of each wrapper.
4. Now wet the outer rims of wrapper, with water.
5. Fold over to make a triangle shape.
6. Set on cookie sheet, one by one, about 1/2 inch apart.
7. Now, using egg wash, brush tops of each wonton.
8. Place in oven on 375 degrees, for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly brown and crispy on top.
Makes 48 servings. 1 freestyle point per serving.
***You can use an air fryer for this recipe. Place wontons into fryer, top with egg wash, and "air fry", on 360 degrees, for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy on top.***
