Cornflake “Fried” Chicken

Do you miss that “crunch,” when you bite into that Chicken? Well, you don’t have to miss it any more!


***AIR FRYER RECIPE!***



Ingredients

- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1-2 breasts cut into strips

- Kellogg’s Unfrosted Corn Flakes, 1 cup crushed

- Swerve Confectioners Sugar, 1/8 cup (optional)

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste

- Egg, 2 eggs


Directions

1. In small bowl, mix together eggs, Confectioners Sugar, salt and pepper. In Plate, crush corn flakes.

2. Dip your chicken tender into the egg mixture and then into the corn flakes. Place the chicken tenders into the air fryer.

3. Once all of your chicken is coated and placed your air fryer, set the temperature on 360° and cook them for 10 minutes, flip and then for another 7-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.




Makes 1 serving. 3 Freestyle points per serving.
