Chicken Parmagiana

Italian comfort food, with a little WW twist!

Ingredients

- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 4 breasts cooked and shredded

- Skinnyish Dish 0-Point Marinara, 2 cups (link below)

- Fiber Gourmet Pasta, 1 package

- Italian Seasoning, 2-4 tsp.

- Uncle Chris‘ Steak Seasoning, to taste

- Minced Garlic, 1-2 Tbls.

- Swerve Confectioners Sugar, 1/4 cup (optional)

- Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, 1 package or 2 cups

- Chicken Broth, 3/4 cup to 1 cup

- Plain, Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup


Directions

1. In large pot, add minced garlic, shredded chicken, Italian Seasoning and Uncle Chris‘ Steak Seasoning to skillet. Stir to combine and allow to cook, until you can smell the aroma of garlic and it’s slightly browned. Remove from pot, set aside.

2. Add Marinara sauce and chicken broth to pot and bring to a boil. Add uncooked pasta. Allow to cook for 20 minutes, or until done!

3. Once pasta is done cooking, add chicken to Pasta a sauce. Remove from heat and add Greek Yogurt, stir to combine. Now, add cheese. Stir to combine.

4. Serve & Enjoy!
