Ingredients
- Lean Beef Roast, 2 pound roast
- Onion Soup Mix, 2 packets
- Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning, 4 Tbls.
- Chicken Broth, 3 cups
Oven Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease dutch oven or large pot and place raw roast inside.
2. Season both sides of roast with Tony Chacheres, then add chicken broth. Now, dust both packets of onion soup mix onto roast and into broth. Move roast around with fork, to make sure onion soup mix is slightly incorporated.
3. Place in oven for 6 hours. Turning each hour.
4. Once cooked through, remove from oven and remove roast from broth. Shred meat, to make taco meat.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
Crockpot Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease crockpot and place roast inside.
2. Season both sides of roast with Tony Chacheres, then add chicken broth. Now, dust both packets of onion soup mix onto roast and into broth. Move roast around with fork, to make sure onion soup mix is slightly incorporated.
3. Set crockpot on low heat, for 8 hours.
4. When done, remove roast from broth and shred into taco meat.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
