Butternut Squash Fries

AKA ZERO POINT FRIES! YUM!


Ingredients

- Butternut Squash, 1 small or half of a large

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste

- PAM


Directions

1. Cut butternut squash in half and peel outside skin from squash, just like you would an apple. Remove the seeds and strings from the inside of the squash.

2. Slice butternut squash in half and make it into fry like shapes. Make sure they are on the thinner side, just like regular fries, so that they cook even and thoroughly.

3. Place into air fryer. Spray PAM all over “fries,” now add salt and pepper. Shake the basket to make sure Seasoning is on each one.

4. Start air fryer and allow to cook on 360° for 15-20 minutes, checking periodically and shaking the basket each time, to make sure they all completely cook through. (You May cook them longer if you desire.)

5. Remove from air fryer.

6. Serve & Enjoy.
