Asian Chicken Skewers

A delicious twist on a classic favorite!

Ingredients

- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 2 breasts cubed

- Onion, 1 medium, cubed

- Fresh Tomato, 1 medium cubed

- Fresh Jalapeño, 1 medium cubed

- Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 1/2 cup

- Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup

- Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning, to taste

- Uncle Chris’ Steak Seasoning, to taste

- Red Pepper, 1/8 tsp.

- Ground Ginger, 1 tsp.

- PAM


Other Items Needed

- Kabob Skewers (metal or wooden).

- Gallon Ziploc Bag.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200° or if you’re using an air fryer, they will be cooked on 360°. If using metal skewers, grease with PAM before use.

2. Place chicken and vegetables on skewers in the order you prefer. Now, place raw chicken skewers in Ziploc bag, making sure not to pierce bag.

3. In small bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and all seasonings. Stir together and pour into Ziploc bag with raw chicken skewers. Now, zip the bag and toss. Making sure that the sauce coats every piece of chicken and each vegetable. Now, place Ziploc bag with skewers into fridge for at least 30 minutes or even overnight.

4. Place skewers into air fryer and cook for 15-17 minutes. Or, place onto baking sheet topped with foil and PAM. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes, or until done.

5. Serve & Enjoy!




Makes 6 servings. 1 Freestyle point per 2 servings.
