Apple Bundt Cake

Sometimes you just need a delicious piece of cake.


Ingredients

- Lucky Leaf pie filling, Lite Apple, 20 oz.

- Pillsbury Moist Supreme Cake mix, Sugar Free, Classic Yellow, 1 mix

- Egg whites, 2, separated

- Ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp.

- Swerve sugar replacement, 5 tsp.

- Vanilla extract, 3 tsp.

- Butter extract, 1 tbls.


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cinnamon and Swerve, set aside.

2. On low, mix together all ingredients, except apples, cinnamon and Swerve mixture, until combined. Add the apples, mix on high until mixed thoroughly.

3. Spray bundt pan with nonstick spray, then dust with Swerve and cinnamon mixture. Now add the batter.

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.



Makes 24 servings. 2 freestyle points per serving.
