- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 1 Tbls.

- Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/2 cup

- Fat Free Skim Milk, 1/8 cup

- Sprinkles, as needed (optional)

- Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp.

Other Items Needed

- Two 6-Donut Pans Or oven safe molds.

- Cooling rack.

Donut Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°. Spray donut tins/molds with PAM. Set aside.

2. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except PAM. Make sure all ingredients are mixed together well.

Icing Directions

1. In medium sized bowl, mix together all ingredients.

2. Once donuts are cooled, dip or spoon icing onto each donut. Then, top with sprinkles (if desired).

3. Serve & Enjoy!

Makes 12 servings. 1 Freestyle point per serving.

***You can make only 6 donuts out of the batter, so they are thicker. Though, the point value will change from 1-point per donut, to 2-points per donut.***

Hello! Do you have to use this specific protein powder or could you substitute PB2?
