A delicious 0-point solution to those fajita cravings!
- 2 pounds thin sliced, boneless chicken breasts, sliced into semi-thin strips
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- salt (as desired)
- pepper (as desired)
- garlic powder (as desired)
- onion powder (as desired)
Directions:
In large skillet, on medium-high heat, add in chicken, vegetables and seasonings. Allow chicken to cook through.
Add in broth and cover with lid covered in foil and allow to cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
Turn off heat and allow to sit for 5 additional minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
