Mexican Shredded Chicken

You can use this with anything! On top of a tostada, in an enchilada, for a burrito...the options are endless!


Ingredients

- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4 breasts, cooked and shredded

- McCormick Taco Seasoning, 5 tsp.

- HEB Medium Salsa - Chunky, 2 Tbls.

- Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning, to taste


Directions

1. Once chicken is cooked and shredded, add it to a skillet with salsa and both seasonings.

2. Allow the chicken to saute' with in the skillet.

3. Serve & Enjoy!
