A childhood recipe that carries so many amazing memories for me, that I wanted to share with all of you!
Ingredients
- Extra lean ground meat, 5 ounces
- 1% low fat milk, 1 1/2 cups
- Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp.
- Flour, 2 Tbls.
- Salt, 3 tsp.
- Pepper, 2 tsp.
Directions
1. Brown ground meat with salt and pepper. Once fully cooked add in milk, then Worcestershire Sauce and flour. Whisk together and bring to a boil, allowing to boil for 1 minute. Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes. Turn heat off and allow "gravy" to thicken. Serve & Enjoy!
***You may add more salt and pepper to fit your taste.***
