Breakfast Calzone

Two-ingredient Dough, meets eggs and cheese!

Ingredients

- Self Rising Flour, 1/4 cup

- Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup

- Sweeve Confectioners Sugar

- Eggs, 2 medium + 1 egg for egg wash

- Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 3/4 cup

- Salt, to taste

- Pepper, to taste

- Water, 1/4 Tbls.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease pizza pan or cookie sheet, set aside. Mix together one egg, water, a dash of salt and a dash of pepper and beat with a fork, set aside.

2. In skillet, cook eggs with salt and pepper. Once they’re done cooking, remove from heat and set aside.

3. In small-medium sized bowl: mix together flour, salt, pepper, Swerve and Greek yogurt. Mix until combined, until dough ball forms. On lightly floured surface, place dough ball in the center and kneed for about 2 minutes, or until dough is no longer sticky. Now, roll out dough until it’s about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. Place flattened dough onto pizza pan or cookie sheet.

4. Take eggs and place in center of flattened dough, topping the eggs with the cheese. Now fold dough over, and crimp edges. Now brush egg wash over the dough, you will not use all of the egg wash. Just enough to cover top of calzone.

5. Place in oven for about 20 minutes, or until top is golden brown.

6. Serve & Enjoy!




Makes 1 serving. 4 Freestyle points per serving.
