3-Point Waffle

A delicious beginning to a beautiful day!

Ingredients

- Self Rising Flour, 1/2 cup

- Egg, 1 medium

- Plain-Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup

- Almond Extract, 1/2 tsp.

- Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp.

- Swerve Confectioners Sugar, 1/8 to 1/4 cup

- Water, 1/4 cup (May add more if needed)


Directions

1. In medium sized bowl, mix together all ingredients, leaving the water to be added last.

2. Add the water a little at a time (you may add more if needed), making sure it’s the right consistency.

3. Add batter to PRE-HEATED and greased waffle iron. Allow to cook until done.

4. Serve & Enjoy!




Makes 2 servings. 3 Freestyle points per serving.




***Feel free to add fruit, Sugar Free Syrup, etc., but make sure to account for additional points if other items are used.***
